1. My ultimate goal is to go to California and work as a costume designer for films and open my very own vintage boutique!
2. I am from a country town in Illinois where life is often too slow for me (but I've learned to appreciate it)
3. I add all kinds of random things to my walls... basically anything and everything I can find that inspires me.. my room is definitely something to absorb.
4. I don't know who my "biological father" is. He fled to Canada as soon as he heard the news my mother was pregnant. I don't even have a picture of him. Thankfully, my amazing dad, Dennis Bland adopted me when I was two years old :)
5. My Grandma Kutch used to own an antique store called "Plain Jane's Antiques" when I was little.. I'd browse throughout and spend days after school there most times. I still get many antiques left over from her shop..

7. I love to paint, sew, draw, design, pet my cat, Joao, and take pictures.. I love color. Black and white photos often bore me no matter how interesting they are.
8. Vintage luggage, vintage umbrellas, antique compacts, thermoses, old purses, tea cups with matching saucers, records, and old movies, and vintage Sears Catalogs are among my growing collections.
You might be wondering about this girl.. with the red/orange hair.. it's Kate Winslet in Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (2004). This is my most favorite movie in the world. It inspires me so much. So, this blog is Eternal Sunshine themed.
about the blue ruins.. they are a drink Clementine (the main character) makes herself and Joel on their second first date. It's also the name of one of her four hair colors.

You know sometimes it's best to not know your dad (if he ran away, cuz it's his lost), then to have a dad who dosent really care or ask much about you... like my dad.
